I am using this with the recently-released Nike Sportwatch+ GPS, and it works great. The sensor seems very responsive and was easy to set up.
On the watch, I had to:
- Start a run
- Choose Options -- New Sensor
The watch found the heart rate monitor almost immediately and worked flawlessly from then on.
If you have two or more nike+ systems and you are trying to set them up, you may get a "too many sensors" message from the watch, and may need to distance the woud-be pairs of watches and monitors from one another while pairing. However, once paired, the watches will talk to their respective sensors without any evidence of interference. I believe this is because these sensors are "coded" to prevent cross-talk between nearby transmitters and receivers.
The strap is reasonably comfortable and I'm getting used to it quickly. Parts of it are a relatively comfortable elastic, and other parts of it are a vinyl-like material that seems almost like fake leather, which seemed like an odd texture to wear while running, but it certainly hasn't been an issue for me.
It's great to know that I can swap the transmitter onto new / different straps if needed, and that my girlfriend can use her transmitter directly with one of the sensor-equipped sports bras that works with Polar transmitters. The replaceable battery is also a huge plus, as I can't imagine throwing this thing away just because the battery died!
It is important to pre-moisten the electrodes on the included strap, or readings will be sporadic (dropping to 0) intermittently until you get sweaty.

I bought this for been used whit my Nike+ sport watch gps, I get it link whit the watch but 3 minutes later lost the signal. I never got this band working, even went I got link it, I got no heart rate at my Nike+ watch. I waste my money!
